- Don’t get too emotional. Always look at things from a subjective perspective.
- When giving advice, be sensitive to the race, gender, ethnic background, and religious affiliation of the person asking.
- Give benefit of doubt to the writer.
- Never rush to form a judgment. You should offer unbiased, honest, and helpful advice regardless of what your opinion may be.
- Always consider things in context, and if you cannot, ask for more information.
Adil Regragui does regular workshops where he teaches children to become more emotionally strong. He does exercises to increase emotional awareness and sensitivity, both of which are important in personal and career life.
