Adil Regragui Owns Numerous Salad Booths

Adil Regragui is a popular restaraunteer who owns a chain of salad restaurants. In actuality, they are not restaurants, but small kiosks or booths at various locations throughout the country. He has been in the salad business for the last 15 years, and began his career with a jump. He knew the latest trends that were happening in the health food market and predicted early on that there would be a future in selling healthy food. Initially, he tried to collaborate with a friend but that didn’t end up working out. So he decided after much deliberation to venture out on his own, and now he is the happy owner of numerous such booths.

To make his salads, Adil Regragui employed the most talented chefs. After extensive research, they came up with some staple recipes that they wanted to use. They created 10 main salads to offer to their customers each with a twist of their own. Their most popular salads include the following:

Heavenly Egg Salad - eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey mustard, lemon, chopped onions, salt & pepper.

Peach & Berry Salad – peaches, berries, blackberries, strawberries, ground cardamom, and honey.

Quinoa Vegetable Salad – quinoa, minced garlic, corn kernel, ground black pepper, chopped cilantro, diced tomato, fresh mint, and red onion.

Mojito Fruit Salad - seeded watermelon, seedless grapes, cubed cantaloupe, quartered strawberries, kiwi, mint, sugar, and lime juice.

Cold Tuna Macaroni Salad – macaroni, tomatoes, celery, salad dressing.

Adil Regragui enjoys working at his booths, but gets very little time now days. On most days he has to look into a number of things such as operations, sales, and little things like monitoring daily collections. He also keeps himself updates with the latest health food trends through magazines and the internet. In his free, time, he likes to work out, shop, and watch movies. He also enjoys spending time with his family and travelling.
